The Pickering Public Library welcomes applications from community book clubs that wish to apply for free meeting space.
Meeting space for infrequent, one-off, or individual meetings is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Applicants must apply for space for each meeting.
Meeting space for monthly meetings is provided on a year-to-year basis, and book clubs must reapply every year.
Community Book Club Applications for September 2025 – June 2026 monthly meetings will be accepted from April 7, 2025 to May 5, 2025 at 5:00 pm.
If you are interested in hosting your community book club outside of the typical September – June period, please continue to fill out this form, and contact robynlewis@pickeringlibrary.ca to see if it will be possible to accommodate your club.
Receiving space in the past does not mean that you will automatically receive the same space in the future.
